I photographed an Orca from a small boat on a calm day in Johnstone Strait between Vancouver Island and the mainland of BC. This image is a photopainting created from the original image which was taken on slide film then scanned. I then used digital brushes to smooth out the pixels. This image is available through my Shutterfly Pro Gallery as art cards and enlargements.
Very nice print Steve. I like your idea of selling as art card or print. How is the business going? You must live in the Vancouver Island area? My husband is from there. We now work as camp hosts on an rv adventure as a way to relocate from the US southwest to Central Coast California.
