A howler wipes the mango juice from his face first thing in the morning. Photographers taking monkey shots should be aware of the angle of view to avoid mango juice and other stuff dropped from above. Be sure the monkeys are not taking shots of humans-they are incredibly accurate when peeing and they can throw a stool more than thirty feet with some degree of accuracy. Telephoto lenses are best and never ever climb up a tree to get a picture of a monkey. All the other photographers on the ground will get great shots of a photographer falling out of a tree.
